Eugene Kashdan, PhD

Dr. Kashdan has obtained his PhD degree in Applied Mathematics from
Tel Aviv University, Israel, in 2004, which was followed by the
postdoc at Brown University, Providence, RI, USA, and the Research
Scientist position at School of Mathematical Science, Tel Aviv
University. His main area of expertise is Computational
Mathematics, in particular, high order accurate numerical methods
for solution of partial differential equations and nonlinear
optimization techniques for solution of model-oriented inverse
problems. Dr. Kashdan's recent research is dedicated to
Mathematical Biology with main emphasis on Medical Image Formation,
Cancer Modeling and Computer Assisted Diagnosis.
